Trolling motor Pin

Recommended Posts

Try Walmart. If yours is a bow mount it probably has a spare in the base unless you've used it.

I think the diameter is 1/8", you can check with a drill bit. They are called "shear pins" if you do a search online.

Good luck

Do you happen to remember the name

Swafford Electric Trolling Motor Repair. Just off US Hwy 321 ten miles east of Lenoir City. I recommend him; I know he was in business twenty years ago so he's a stayer.

Get a pin kit at Walmart and do it yourself and save on labor costs. Takes about 5 minutes at the most.

I shoulda thought of that. Second the motion. In the old days, when trolling motor props were prone to break, always carried a spare prop and spare pin.
