Hahaha that’s the front of the house! The back is straight down a cliff to the lake. Once I can get the water to go around the side, it’s gone and no longer to be worried about. Apparently it had been running inside the walls little by little for a few decades, along with a bunch of termites

I left the boat at home so all my hooks wouldn’t rust. I caught a bass off the dock and did some shovel work for drainage purposes. I also filled 3 contractor trash bags to the max of rotten drywall and styrofoam. Sweaty day

Local lakes have been good to me lately, although we haven't been tageting crappie. Been catching some by accident on tellico . This one hit a heavy blade bait amongst a bunch of smallmouth. Water was still very clear yesterday except tellico river arm. Little T is all good

  18. Nice looking boat! I’ve been catching fish to keep busy in the rain, been testing waterproof bibs and jackets too! They work

Do you eat the fish you caught?

Yes and tell them we are going to need some cornmeal and ice cold beer........ for more research......

Do you eat the fish you caught?

Don’t eat them!!! They will kill you!!! You best just fillet them , vacuum seal, and leave it over at my house........ for research.......

Hahahaha I tell my girlfriend everyday........ if you purchase anything , you saved nothing. If I do make it to the expo you will be the first person I hunt down! Hahaha. I don’t know exactly when it is or how much it costs. If a $13 rod can last me a year or two, you know I’m not paying much to enter a place to buy stuff .........

Hahaha! I'm a $12.99 tournament choice from academy kind of guy. Use them for about 2 years until they start fraying line, then replace the top eye. Foam handle and fiberglass blank, good rods for cheap

Haha! If a rod costs more than $20, I don’t want it

HOW DO YOU HOOK YOUR BAITFISH?

I’ve seen smallmouth puke up big alewives on tellico but that’s probably quite a drive from your neck of the woods. I also USED to catch nice big ones below tellico dam before I even knew what they were. I thought they were baby skipjack! Haha. I can throw a net there for hours now and maybe get 20 threadfin . Good cardio workout! I have resorted to just fishing jigs down there

I wish! Getting tickets to that would be like pulling teeth! And paying for having teeth pulled too . I can be your tour guide if you need me to, hahaha. All of the things you mentioned are within walking distance of each other, so that’s somewhat of a plus. Very steep terrain though, it can be exhausting. THere are a couple of public transportation options if needed.
